Harassment and intimidation are complex, intense forms of bullying. The intent to harm and exert control over others are driving forces behind both forms. Harassment involves unsolicited actions or comments that are intended to hurt, humiliate, offend or degrade another person. Intimidation occurs when an individual  or group uses coercive behavior to instill fear and control others.
