• Tell your parents.
• Tell your teacher or another trusted adult.
• Stay away from the bully.
• Act brave.
• Walk away from the bully.
• Don’t be alone – make friends with others.

If you are a bystander ….

• Don’t watch - get help.
• Tell a teacher, playground supervisor or principal.
• Tell the bully to leave the victim alone.
• Distract the bully.
• Make friends with the victim.

If you are a bully …..

• Think about how you would feel if someone was bullying you.
• Find out why you choose to hurt others.
• Talk to your parents, teacher or another trusted adult about your feelings.
• Find ways to stop being a bully.
• Learn how to be a caring leader.
