An Overview of Research on Girls and Violence The Institute for Urban and Minority Education at Teachers College, Columbia University is involved in the development, implementation, research and evaluation of youth violence prevention programs. The Choices Initiative examines a number of issues related to the promotion of safe schools and communities. 

Adolescent Female Aggression: Proposal for a Research Agenda  There is a growing concern about adolescent female aggression. This paper, presented at the Annual Convention of the Canadian Psychological Association in Ottawa (2000) examines the phenomenon.
