BULLYING IN THE WORKPLACE

Workplace bullying has detrimental effects at a personal and professional level. It is an insidious problem that warrants our attention. In this session, we briefly examine the forms, causes and effects of bullying in the workplace. In addition, ways to address the problem and reduce its impact are reviewed.
